ASML sees prices of its litho systems rising Thursday January 15, 4:42 am ET VELDHOVEN, Netherlands, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Dutch chip equipment maker ASML (Amsterdam:ASML.AS - News) said on Thursday it expected the average price of its lithography systems to rise throughout 2004. "During 2004 average selling prices (of new systems) will go up because medium and long term additions will be in (more expensive) 300 millimetre systems," CEO Doug Dunn told a news conference.
