Cloudy with areas of light snow ending between 6 am and 9 am ...Then clearing. Brisk. Highs only 3 to 8 above zero. North winds 10 to 15 mph...becoming northwest 15 to 25 mph this afternoon. Wind chill values as low as 30 below.

Partly cloudy...windy and frigid. Lows 12 to 20 below. Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph. Wind chill values as low as 40 below.

Friday
Partly cloudy...windy and bitterly cold. Highs around 8. Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph. Wind chill values as low as 45 below in the morning
