Oh yeah, I almost forgot...the requirements for NASDAQ small cap: financialweb.com as you can see, this guy will need the ultimate PR firm in the universe and a lot of luck to even be thinking about listing....I find it very hard to believe he will try submitting any time soon... also, the listing requirements for NASDAQ national market: financialweb.com
