Jim Bryan: I did pull the plug, however I long ago relegated the service to my backup service. The continued degradation of the service has finally rendered the service so poor as to not even rate being used as a backup service! Your post presuming you can tell me what to do is laughable and had nothing to do with my decision. I love the software interface, which kept me hanging on far to long with hopes the data feed would eventually be improved. I’ve been a subscriber since 1998, but the ongoing degradation of the service finally proved too much to tolerate and that is what moved me on. Anyone trading using QFeed as his or her primary data service is handicapping himself or herself upfront. LG
