No, it is fine for lip liner, and finger nail polish (if you do your own nails) but you need a professional to help you with your best colors. Most of the Cover Girl, etc. is not the best for your skin... Trust someone who has worn make up every day of her adult life, except when I was sick in bed!!!! LOL
