Grace, re: nonrational decisions and discovering what is "rational." Was it rational for people on this thread to conclude a few years back that (as one poster said)"real estate is soooooo over"? I'm sure they felt they were making rational value judgments at the time, as was anyone who mistakenly decided to wait a while before buying a home back then. Rationality is in the eyes of the beholder. Trying to be too rational about a purchase which is usually made to accommodate important family or personal needs can make a lotta people crazy. <<gg>>
