The rich did not need a tax break and are not using their extra money to hire anyone. They're not even buying much. They're just socking it away for their heirs. My friend runs the 2nd largest yacht company in the US and just had a terrible year. Trickle-down just doesn't work. Clinton proved that. Bush is re-proving it. Nice year for the market though. If you own a lot of stock you did well.
