Perle & Frum are making the rounds in support of their book. I've seen both numerous times in the last couple of weeks.

Perle puts forth a particularly compelling and cogent argument, and it is very difficult for anyone to attack him on sheer facts. As a result, there is a tendency for things to break down into either ad hominem criticism or repeated attempts to change the subject.

Personally, I believe Perle has done a better job of articulating the basis for the war on terror than anyone even within the administration has done.

Perle is not a person I would want to try to debate on these issues.
