I can sympathize and understand your decision. In my case,as I posted many times,My extensive DD was faulty-Had I uncovered the chicanery involved with the class C shares which are owned 99+% nby Damadian I would never have invested.I blame no one but myself. Now in this new era of stress on governance-outside directors-independent boards of directors and ethics I can't help but wonder how Fonar will excape the scrutiny of the SEC and the DOJ. Look at the case of Adelphia-same set up and now that "family" will go to jail;.
