AS, In the 90's EVERYONE got richer because the middleclass were fully employed and everuyone was chipping in enough taxes to pay for everything.

What's your definition of the "middle class"? People in the 2nd and 3rd quartile of wage earners in America? You know how much of the income tax burden they shared in 2001? Somewhere between 9% and 13%. And that was true even during the Clinton years.

So much for the myth that wealth is being redistributed from the middle class to the rich.
