Wealth redistribution is underway now from the middleclass to the rich.

How so? The wealthy pay combined federal and state income taxes of roughly 45%. The middle class pays more like 31%.

Could you please explain to me how this is "redistribution of wealth"??? Are you just preferring the wealthy become middle class themselves?

If you want to talk about unfair wealth redistribution, talk about Social Security, which redistributes wealth from the young to the aged.
