I don't necessarily agree with the stance you assume on many an occasion, however, I have to say "I wish I had said that" regarding your humorous barb" As for O'Reilly, he takes absurd positions due to the mid-life crisis he mistakes for "independent thinking". Then he gradually backs off, as his fans let him know he's pissing on the carpet again.
