But I don't see where General Barry McCaffrey endorses him. He just says he is a brilliant mind. Which has never been an issue, but character seems TO be? I am talking about hundreds of associates / peers, where are they. I bet Clark worked with hundreds of generals and Admirals. Whej he was in charge of Nato I bet there were 20 Flag officers working for him. Plus another 15 above and 200 who has some association with him. And that was only at one level of his career. Many of those people have civial positions of some respect. Where are they?
