Yeah, whatever. The proposal on the table is for a net $1 billion more to spend over five years and a resetting of priorities for a directionless NASA, as you'd know if you read the papers. But go ahead and just make up a number, GST, to suit your purposes... which still seem to be to change the subject. And you can't even change the subject without having to resort to lies and distortions. That's just sad.
