Saturn V, Isn't 3G speed still limited to something like 128kbps vs something like 11 Mbps with wifi or 54 Mbps with wifi-g?

If so, that's like asking a byte head to be a bell head, which is okay in the scenario for filling the in-motion communication gaps.

Since upgrading the base stations to 3G probably costs more than organic growth installation of access points, my guess is there's a higher cost structure with 3G to support, like say thru metering.

The industry could really use a universal roaming wifi pass.

On another note, they are actually going to install tracking systems for cows now.

On another note, there's a little buzz around Intel's TV screen (forgot what it's called - lcos? rhymes with lowcost.) It's interesting that the people interested in them seem to be parents with children. Reminds me of the color printer story, to a small extent.

I think Intel needs to get a female executive from any of the consumer markets onto their Board. This is one gap they have on their board. Would prefer if they could just add this person, while retaining everyone else.

Regards,
Amy J
