Tenchusatsu, Bill Clinton is on the South Beach diet It seems that the liberals are willing to turn a blind eye to the PC dogma (Man shall eat grain) when they see it does not work. Well, that's progress, and Clinton has always been a pragmatist. South Beach diet is, as far as I know, a variety of Atkins, Zone or Protein Power diet that have been around much longer. It seems that every successive author just rips off the same basic principles and comes up with a new fancy name. I try to stick within a ballpark of the Zone diet, and when I stray a little (such as during my last vacation in Slovakia during Christmas) I compensate a little by going closer to Atkins diet. Joe
