Al, I noticed in your profile that you are in your 30s. Guess what!!! You and your children (and mine) will be the worst hit by an America with a staggering debt liability and a gutted SS fund that could have been sured up It looks like that FDR bill for the creation of Social security kept getting passed down to the next and next generation, until it is going to explode in our faces. When it comes to that, we can finally say, "Thanks Franklin". It is interesting that there are countries in the world that are facing up to the problem of Social Security, but Democrats prefer demagoguery and keep the country hostage. Joe
