I've never seen such dangerous driving out of cop cars, for no valid reason other than they appeared to be venting their anger over the budgets.

I know sitting in the traffic can be boring. Some people let their imagination go wild.

It may be relaxing to some, I guess. I drive very rarely, and when I do (and I don't need to think about anything urgent) I turn on talk radio.
