LOL -- You can't have it both ways, the money isn't there. If you want to build a space station on the moon and send manned expeditions to mars it is going to cost a bundle -- of course you could just lie about the objective of going back to the moon or to mars, or you could just lie about the cost of doing these things because people would reject them if they knew the true cost -- at this stage it is too early to know which lie is preferred by Bush.
