"It is anticipated that sales in the third quarter ending September 30, 1997 will continue to be soft and will be substantially less than the comparable period ending September 30, 1996. This reflects continued weak industry conditions resulting in lower unit volumes and lower average selling prices of approximately 38.0% for the Company's products when compared to the comparable period in 1996." --company's 10Q recent filing I just started reading this, I'm sure there is more.
