Good houses priced for the $300-700K buyers were hot sellers even 6 years ago. They're like gold today". Which areas are you guys in. I'm looking in Bergen Cty, NJ in the 750K range and have been holding out for the last year for a drop. Now I'm beginning to doubt if towns like Ridgewood will ever drop....maybe sideways for a while.
