You have to admit, Kerry is impressive. He was so close to being finished. People stopped sending money, the press called him an also-ran, Dean was getting all the coverage, Clark was called the only one who might beat Dean, etc. Then in about ten days of fierce campaigning, using his own money, Kerry has climbed in Iowa from 10% to 24%. Kerry has a history of being at his best when his back is to the wall. He is proing this once again. It also shows the world how he could come from behind and beat Bush.
