I think it is unfair to make those accusations of Amy. Her concerns are certainly valid, as women bear disproportionately the costs of raising families throughout the world.

I disagree with her conclusions-say to bring in women to Intel simply to have more women. Intel needs to hire the best people, be they men or women. However, I hope that we do not reach a day when valid concerns raised by people are brushed aside. Amy brings much knowledge to this board. I do not in any way consider her thoughts in her posts as if this were her "forum or personal blog."

So in the end, I ask you to lighten up or use the ignore function. I may not agree with what Amy says, but she only says what she says because of heartfelt convictions. If more people believed in people's rights as strongly as she does, the world would be a much better place.
