What would be your macro advice on the quandary I have at the moment, Grace?

I'm sitting on a big profit in a particular stock that's going higher every minute. I can see the gap in the chart and know it will pull back (to the norm or some norm) after today's market euphoria about this particular stock wears off.

Do I sell now? Or hold for future appreciation plus nice quarterly dividends? AAAAAARRRRRRRGH....
