Edit: I recall that either Barberich of another speaker at SEPR's last cc whined a bit about the postponement of the pdufa date but acknowledged that the cd with the subcontractor's presentation of the additional requested data was submitted at the end of the submission period. I think that the speaker "allowed" the audience to infer that the FDA was sympathetic to the company for its angst over the delay and might try to be responsive prior to the end of the revised pdufa date. Is all this in my imagination?
