Yep. I agree that Asian CBs can't. But foreign folks holding the buck
(perhaps, numbering billions - it's the World reserve currency) can, and
will sell it. CB holdings are roughly 25% of foreign dollar holdings, I
believe.

On the other hand, China is overheating, and their CB may sell some $,
since their manipulation market of choice is forex.

Greenspan has said it many times - he can, and will print to make reflation
success. If it isn't, he will print more.
