Re four year cycles: this feels *so* much like precisely four years ago, has anybody seen any work at the notion that the four-year cycle might start producing peaky *highs* every four years instead of lows?

It seems to me, that if there is a four-year cycle (and there is) that it usually produces a selling "panic" about every four years. If the herd behavior, for some reason, started producing buying panics instead, would they tend to follow the four year cycle and produce sharp peaky tops every four years?

This is certainly not fine-tuning to hunt for a March 14th top or whatever, but it makes you wonder when all the behaviors are so similar to exactly four years ago.
