Never underestimate your opponent. Is this what Bush is going to do? I wonder.

We created 300 times the amount of permanently unemployed vs. jobs last month, over a year after the recession formally ended according to economists.

Hows that for a sound byte?

We both know why UI claims aren't through the roof, its the same phenom as why stocks crashed harder on bad news in 2000 than they did at the bottom in 02. The labor force has been drained, people's UI is used up, and the statistic to watch now is "permanently unemployed".

As for me, I find it interesting that so many of you righties try to make this job thing into a personal argument. Its no secret my job was more fun without globalization, but obviously my personal situation is not the issue here, and you know it. Is it so unbelieveable to a republican that somebody would care more about the macro state of affairs vs. their own chance at at $300 tax cut? I think you are in a sort of denial. You want to believe that only the less well off don't support Bush.
