Ted Re..No one said that the CIA was to provide the troops and arms. The operative word is "encouraged". The troops and armaments were to be provided by the US military. Link please. Apparently I don't know where to look, as Google didn't bring up any articles, which said GB promised troops and arms to the revolutionaries to overthrow Saddam, after the Gulf war. But then, maybe I am not as good as you. Links please. Trust me! What's amazing is that all of the above is common knowledge. If it is common knowledge, outside the far left, I hate Bush circles, then it should be easy for you to provide some links. Until then I prefer with hold my judgement on trust.
