It will come down to delegate counting. If Dean, Clark, Kerry and Edwards finish with between 20% and 30% each then we could have a deadlock. That is why Iowa and NH are so important in terms of knocking Dean down. If he wins both we could have a deadlocked convention. If he loses one or the other, then he's no longer the frontrunner and has no right to claim anything.

Back to the delegate count, whomever finishes with most besides Dean will probably be the nominee. I don't see Dean getting more than 25%.
