WOW!!!! What a difference a Deal With a Big Name Player (in Bell West) Makes.

On checking the fifteen or so stocks that I own/follow late last night on Globefund, due to the small font size, I thought that the increase was 0.01 then I looked again and I saw 26.5c for a close and voila it was actually a 10c rise.

I had a small holding for quite a while and then lucked into (well actually did some DD for a change) adding a bit more with some profits from my gold shares. Mostly as a diversification move as we got into Dec tax loss selling.

Too bad that Nextair was forced into give up their MacMillian shares for a song to the CEO of MacMillan because MacMillan itself COULD be drilling its way into the winners circle at Cerro de Oro. A silver play with good potential. It's been doing well until this week's pull back.

Anyway, Nextair may not need the MacMillian shares now because they appear to have drilled into their own Cerro de Oro by aligning itself with Bell West. Plus the sales force moves and the other smaller deals that they made coming into this one with Bell West foretold of the things to come. Could we be holding a major bagger here?

With a rebound in the techs, and a serious amount of gold profits sitting on the sidelines waiting for some action, lets hope that Nextair becomes the next Nortel (pre-tec bubble days of course).

Any guesses on where NXA is heading?

Cheers Winzer
