ACAI: It's more than just contract issues with UAL. ACAI profited from its feeder relationship with UAL. Now that that relationship is changing and very likely ending, there's uncertainty as to what ACAI's business model will be or should be. Mesa (the possible ACAI acquirer) and ACAI have totally different views.
