There's a new international supermarket near me, the biggest international grocery around. They carry a half dozen different varieties of eggplant. Three kinds of Asian pears. All sorts of fresh Asian mushrooms. I can get raspberries all year round and papaya, too. I hope you make allowances for more than just bananas.

However, the majority of U.S. food supply should be grown & processed right here

What do you mean by "should." Do you mean that it's un-American for people to open a store like that and they should do the honorable thing and fine a different business? Or that their products should be illegal? Or that we should all do the honorable thing and not buy them? Or what?
