Well I think you have to look at the law of large numbers.

Given an infinite number of universes, it is no surprise that in a backwater galaxy of one universe, there should exist a planet where the sun rises in the east, and there is a life form that walks upright and has words and speech.

In fact, there is an overwhelming probability of that world existing.
