Just follow the up-chuck indicators I have posted on the header above (such as Baltic freight index, JOC-ECRI index, LME metal inventories, world steel prices, futures markets quotes, and the various cost increase announcements I hope people continue to post here) if you care to track the intensity of it. If anybody has more indicators, I'm all ears? <just what do you think Greenspan will do?> The point I've been making is that Greenspan will be revealed for what he is, the Wizard of Oz. Once the man behind the curtain is revealed, does it really matter what he does? Not especially. The process leading up to this stage was primary to determine who the bag holders will eventually be. The answer: those fooled by the Fed's Battle of the Bulge moral hazard campaign.
