Mish, I predict that not only Canada but the European Central Bank will also reduce their interest rates, for exactly the same reasons given in your post on Canada.
The result will be a strengthening of the U.S. dollar vs the euro.


I am in a euribor play pretty big already. And I plan on adding to it.
I hope the UK and Austraila hold off for now.
That way I can roll huge profits from Euribor into the short sterling (betting on the pound to cut eventually).

I am going to price canadian eurodollars on tuesday (I have no FN idea what they are called so right now so I have no clue as to what is or is not priced in - If Hikes are priced in, I will immediatly take the other side of the trade). There is a ton of money to be made on this stuff.
