The question isn't whether or not "I object"...
I am merely pointing out to you that it was
DEMOCRATS (not Republicans) who started this
prying into sexual history in the courtroom.

The portions of the act you cited have to do
with limitations on the admissibility
of the alleged VICTIM's sexual history.

You will find no such protection for inquiries
into the DEFENDANT's sexual history.

This law created an unequal playing field in the
courtroom. An alleged victim could file a lawsuit
and be shielded from such inquiries under the 1994 act.
The defendant, however, would have to answer questions
about their sexual history under oath. From 1995-1997
(before Clinton got caught up in this), this tactic
was used to "shake down" defendants in the private
sector to get out-of-court settlements... yet there
was not a peep of complaint from the Democrats...
until their "hero" got caught.
