they should take away the broadcasting LICENSE of CBS for misuse of PUBLIC AIRWAVES.....no one ENFORCES the contracts that these conglomerates have for USE of PUBLIC AIRWAVES....they MUST have balanced coverage by law....
The last tstation to have it's license taken away was KHJ in Los Angeles after a 20 year battle that proved they had not upheld the public aspects of their license to use public airwaves....
