I'm been lucky with WAVO. I currently have my second position. My first I had last year and only held about two weeks from 6 5/8 to 11 1/8. My current position I covered with Nov 10 calls which I received 1 5/8 for.

My view of the future. Most commenters seem to think that the WaveTop roll out is a big bore not likely to have much impact on the stock. I disagree for two reasons. First, not that I'm going to hype it and say it's the killer internet app., but I think there is a chance that others will. If they do a well promoted roll-out, I think we could get a spike in the stock. I don't think hype alone will sustain the price of the stock which is why I sold the Nov calls. I think there is a fair chance they'll get called away, and I'd be satified with my gain if they do.

Second, there is the possibility that WaveTop will generate decent revenues. I think current revenue prospects might be underappreciated because they are based on the current number of installed and growth estimates of tuner cards. I believe there is a real chance that WaveTop itself will accelerate the growth of tuner cards. Personally, I plan on putting out the $100 to get a tuner card when WaveTop becomes available just for WaveTop with all other uses being secondary. If other people feel the same way, Wavephore will be in a strong position. Another reason, I think potential revenues may be understated is the alliance with RealAudio. I do not feel enough attention has been given to this topic on this board or elsewhere. I believe that the impact of this national Radio targeted to millions of computer users will dwarf all other aspects of WaveTop.

Just my thoughts, and I wanted to give some counterpoint to the gloom starting on this board.
