"Poised" to what, drop? No kidding, I know very little about charts.

I looked at the profile for this one last night and thought, "this is a company I would not touch with a ten foot pole." These are the thoughts of someone who is a LTB&H and has never gone short on anything. The only thing I'd want to do with this one is go short.

Different people look at different things. What bothers me about this one is that the 5 employees also appear to be the 5 officers. Nothing wrong with this. It's how much 2 of these guys pay themselves. Look at the financials for TINY then look at the salaries:

finance.yahoo.com

All insider purchases during the past year have been by directors, none by officers.

finance.yahoo.com

The dollar and/or shares amount of these buys was for the most part pocket change/token purchases with the exception on one for 10,000 shares via a Private Purchase at $8 per share ($80,000) on Dec. 24 '03. Here is the market trading range that day:

Open High Low Close Volume Adj Close
24-Dec-03 10.18 10.45 9.25 9.68 356,100 9.68

Back to the chart... Poised to drop or go higher? I expect to test the waters of going short with this one and don't want to establish a position too soon.

Edit: greenehugh made his posting while I was composing mine. I now assume "poised" in terms of going short.
