i am not sure why people talk about interest rates going to ZERO, unless i am taking them literally when i shouldn't be...however i see the point when people say "buy real estate - rates are low -and they should be low - that is good for the economy"...once i got fed up and said, sure, lets just have mortgage rates at 1/16 of a percent and just about everyone could cover a million dollar home...
