No you are clearly wrong this time...

"Using the word for the formation or adoption by CITIZENS of a religion of their choice is a misuse of the word. "Establishment" in that context means exactly the opposite of what you're describing.

The termonology is 'no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;'

The term "laws respecting an establishment of religion'...refer to congress poking its nose into our efforts to establish religion, or passing laws prohibiting us from freely excersicing there of....

Clearly the intent was to keep congress from interferring in any way with the establishment of religion or my right to freely excercise my form of worship. It prohibits congress from interfering with me and my folk and others in our establishing religion on our own terms. It prohibits congress from picking one and establishing laws about how that religion is supposed to work as well. Obviously it prohibits congress from making its own religion too ...duh.
