That was why I tended to ignore him until recently. However, the topic has been and will continue to be brought up and I suspect that he will have to go along with the will of the nation in tort reform, as well as class action and legal reform in general, if he is going to continue to talk about inefficiency, waste and fraud. I'm sure the others will bring it up, along with large contributions from trial lawyers, if he does well in Iowa and/or NH. But you are absolutely right there. If he plants himself in the middle of the lawyer lobby, his meteoric rise will be short-circuited.
