Very excellent explanation for terms of art... So stop saying people can't establish religions. They clearly can and do. How else do you explain the existence of religious organizations? Oh yeah the peops are only exersizing...what a stretch it took you to be so rigid on that one. three puns in one. And stop insisting that regarding the establishment of religion is not applicable to laws that restrict or prohibit people trying to organize a religious establishment. Your "precise" meaning doesn't cover all circumstances...only the ONE (the state can't establish a church). sheesh.
