Gee... you make it sound bad when political parties get contributions from sectors they have appeared to protect. Or is there only outrage when the relationship is something that would help people instead of helping business? It seems to me that the motivation behind stalling tort reform is how transparent it is that tort reform mainly serves to keep people from receiving justice in courts by limiting or totally eliminating damages suffered by the plaintiff.

As it is right now, the individual doesn't really have much of a chance against the corporation, but on those rare occasions that there is a monster judgement against a corporation, we get to see a media spectacle about it as though this were happening all the time.

Let's see someone offer tort reform that forbids slap suits and harassment against the plaintiff from these billion dollar corporations.
