Does anybody have recommendations for a good, preferably free or cheap, program for XP Pro that will tell me exactly what programs run on start-up, identify the programs, and help me get rid of the ones I don't want? This should be understandable by someone who isn't a techie, but knows a bit about computers. The msconfig start-up tab doesn't give me any help as to what all the programs are, and it seems there are things that start in the registry that aren't in the start-up tab anyhow.

Any suggestions?
