You mean the "Coallition of the Billing"....without doing a search can you name 20 of the 60. And then look up what they contributed. And then see if you can learn what we paid them to join..... Our traditional allies knew the evidence was phony in some cases and weak or non-existent in others.....
The first thing a new president will do is mend fences....and it's going to take time. Bush has done more damage than can be imagined.
