Very important. I posted it yesterday. But the more the merrier on this subject. Blogdom is all over it. This should be explored by the 911 commission but watch them pass on it.

This is exactly what Rumsfeld is trying to change. The reason for his deep-dipping for promotion to General. And the reason he brought Schoonover out of retirement.

Powell was responsible for a lot of this attitude. He had no use for SO people when he was in the Army.
