But jfred, with 6 billion people all surging into economic activity, the demand for US$ is booming too. The Fed and USA have got the best game on Earth = a money tree in boom times. They can print and print and print and pixelate flat out without causing inflation. They own the money so when they print or pixelate more, they get to spend it to put it in circulation.

I would love to have that game locked up for my own benefit. A century of USA and US$ stability and strength enables the profits of control to go to those running the show, which is the USA political system and its owners = the electorate.
