ElM, that's easy. Biggs was a criminal who should have been executed but was embraced by Brazil. Blake was an environmental protection promoter and world class yachtsman who won the America's Cup and was knighted for his achievements.

I suppose birds of a feather flock together is the answer. Good people should avoid Brazil and criminals should flock to it. Is that the lesson?
